Loneliness in the U.S. does not discriminate, touching lives across all backgrounds and ages from teens to older adults, middle-aged men, and more. In the face of this public health crisis, UJA-Federation of NY, in collaboration with Social Prescribing USA, is hosting our first-ever summit on social prescribing — social, healthcare, and communal interventions that improve health outcomes for isolated and lonely individuals.

Join us and hear from Dr. Bogdan Chiva Giurca, who heads the National Academy for Social Prescribing in England, journalist Allison Gilbert, and other experts in the field. Learn how to help build stronger, more connected communities and make meaningful change; share best practices and gain actionable insights from other professionals in the field; and take away key policies and initiatives you can model. Together, we’ll help more people feel less alone — and turn isolation into connection.

This summit is intended for senior- and executive-level professionals and is nontransferable.

With thanks to the Arnold Karsch Memorial Fund for its support.
