Hillary is executive vice president and head of the Americas for media at IMG, an Endeavor company. She has advised, consulted, and negotiated multiple billion dollars’ worth of deals for IMG’s portfolio of over 200 premier content owners, including professional sports leagues, teams, college conferences, and international federations, on their media rights and strategy. Her clients include the Big 10 Conference, the Big 12 Conference, NCAA, NWSL, Wimbledon, USTA, The R&A, LPGA, USGA, PGA of America, CONMEBOL, CONCACAF, World Rugby, NASCAR, NFL, NHL, MLS, and WNBA.

Chief Revenue Officer, Chicago Sports Network

Rob Shaw is the chief revenue officer of the Chicago Sports Network (CHSN), where he leads the sales, strategy, research, product, and digital media teams. 

Prior to launching CHSN, Rob was the founder and CEO of Sports Media Innovation Group, where he consulted with sports media and technology companies on how to adapt to a quickly evolving media landscape. 

Rob spent nearly 10 years at Meta, most recently as the director of Global Sports Media Partnerships. President & Chief Operating Officer, Fox Sports

Mark Silverman serves as president and COO of Fox Sports. In this role, he oversees all aspects of live event and studio programming, production, marketing, and digital for Fox, FS1, and FS2, driving the strategic direction that positions Fox Sports as a premier sports network. He joined the company in 2018 as president, national networks, and was promoted to his current position in January 2022.

Peter served as chief communications and sustainability officer at DICK’S Sporting Goods from 2020-2023.
