SCOTT KAUFMAN-ROSS

Executive Vice President, Media and Gaming, National Basketball Association

Scott Kaufman-Ross role at the NBA touches various business areas, including overseeing the league’s commercial endeavors in the sports betting, fantasy sports and data distribution landscape, leading the NBA’s Strategic Initiatives Group and is deeply involved in the league’s media business. Most recently, he was instrumental in negotiating the league’s 11-year media rights agreement with Disney, Amazon, and NBCUniversal in 2024 and is now focused on reshaping its local media distribution strategy. Prior to joining the NBA, Scott spent four years at Goldman Sachs in the Global Investment Research division.

Chief Revenue Officer, Chicago Sports Network

Rob Shaw is the chief revenue officer of the Chicago Sports Network (CHSN), where he leads the sales, strategy, research, product, and digital media teams. 

Prior to launching CHSN, Rob was the founder and CEO of Sports Media Innovation Group, where he consulted with sports media and technology companies on how to adapt to a quickly evolving media landscape. 

Rob spent nearly 10 years at Meta, most recently as the director of Global Sports Media Partnerships. President & Chief Operating Officer, Fox Sports

Mark Silverman serves as president and COO of Fox Sports. In this role, he oversees all aspects of live event and studio programming, production, marketing, and digital for Fox, FS1, and FS2, driving the strategic direction that positions Fox Sports as a premier sports network. He joined the company in 2018 as president, national networks, and was promoted to his current position in January 2022.

Lori has spent the last 25 years producing, packaging, and selling content while also working with A-list talent. As executive vice president of TV and Film at Roc Nation, she manages artists and athletes while also creating, producing, and selling original productions for Roc Nation. Most recently, she executive-produced the Megan Thee Stallion documentary currently airing on Amazon Prime.
