Riverdale Y is addressing critical community needs inspired by Dr. King’s vision of service and justice. Focusing on combating social isolation, alleviating food insecurity, fostering interfaith and intergroup relations, and building companionship for older adults we offer community-wide opportunities to take action and create lasting change. As a volunteer, you’ll engage in hands-on projects, learn about the root causes of these challenges, and continue making an impact in the community beyond MLK Day.
