DIANA PAN NAMED CHIEF DIGITAL OFFICER OF UJA-FEDERATION OF NEW YORK

New York, NY (November 26, 2024)…Diana Pan has been named the Chief Digital Officer of UJA-Federation of New York as of November 11, 2024. Ms. Pan will report to UJA CEO Eric S. Goldstein.

The appointment of Pan as Chief Digital Officer reflects UJA-Federation's commitment to a future-forward vision guided by technology and innovation. In her new role, Pan will oversee UJA’s digital strategy, technology, business intelligence, and digital marketing growth. The Information Technology Services, Data and Insights, and Digital Growth departments will report to her.

Since 2015, Pan served as the Chief Technology Officer for The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), where she was responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and architecture of technology solutions supporting the Museum's mission and operations. While at MoMA, she led digital transformation through the deployment of mobile and cloud solutions, the integration of big data technologies, the development of an enterprise-scale cybersecurity program, and most recently, drove the adoption of AI to support MoMA’s vast collection, enhance visitor experiences, and streamline operations. She is also a regular writer and presenter on technology innovation and the intersection of art and technology within the national and international museum community. Prior to MoMA, Pan held various leadership and engineering positions at for-profit companies including Scholastic Inc. and Remedy/BMC Software, Inc. in New York and California. She is currently a visiting Assistant Professor at the Pratt Institute School of Information.  

Pan holds both an MS and a BS from Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science.
