Join us for an updated and expanded summit aimed at equipping HR and DEI leaders with the tools to better support their Jewish employees. This year's event will include additional workshop time focused on Jewish identity and contemporary antisemitism, with a special emphasis on redefining allyship.

We’ll explore what meaningful allyship looks like in the workplace in general, and specifically offer concrete examples and strategies for Jewish employees. By embracing discomfort and building stronger relationships, we can foster inclusive workplaces where all employees feel supported.

We’ll hear from Robert Raben, founder and president of the Raben Group, in conversation with Aaron Mitchell, advisor to Shine a Light and former director of HR for Netflix Animation Studio. Then Sophie McGee, coach and consultant with Project Shema, will share an overview of Jewish identity and modern antisemitism.
