Since 2001, Talia Levanon has served as the CEO of the Israel Trauma Coalition (ITC), a collaborative network of over 50 organizations dedicated to providing a comprehensive continuum of trauma care and preparedness. The ITC represents a complex partnership involving government ministries and agencies from multiple sectors.

As CEO, Talia has been instrumental in the development and implementation of innovative models, including resilience centers and regional training centers. She has facilitated collaboration between government ministries and the Home Front Command to establish a unified approach to emergency preparedness and response nationally and internationally.
