Join us for a pre-Thanksgiving yoga session centered on the themes of gratitude and seeking the good in the world. Together we will explore Jewish wisdom through a physical yoga practice, breathing, and personal reflection, accompanied by an inspiring playlist.
You’ll also learn about UJA’s work responding to changing needs on the ground in Israel and combating antisemitism in New York.
All levels of yoga experience are welcome. Please bring your own mat and props, if you have them.
