Michael Cavallaro

Chief Executive Officer, ARC Excess & Surplus

Michael Cavallaro joined ARC in 1992 and became an officer and partner at ARC Excess & Surplus in 2002. In 2021, he became the chief executive officer, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization. ARC writes over $1 billion in Premium. It has over 200 employees with seven offices and focuses on the placement of management and professional liability insurance products.

Matthew Shulman

Chief Executive Officer, Arch Insurance North America

Matt Shulman, Esq., has been chief executive officer at Arch Insurance North America since 2019. Prior to that, he served as president and chief executive officer of Arch Insurance International, based in London, a role he assumed in 2016. He joined Arch Insurance in 2009, serving as executive vice president overseeing the Management Liability and Professional Liability divisions. Prior to Arch, Matt was employed by The Hartford since 2000 in various management capacities within their Financial Products division and at Reliance National in various underwriting roles.
