Tired of the same old holiday recipes? Elevate your Passover menu with UJA Larchmont-Mamaroneck Women. Join us for a hands-on cooking experience with chef and instructor Renée Cohen and bring fresh flavors to your seder table.
 
We will prepare and taste: 

  • North African Pepper and Tomato Dip
  • Dinosaur Kale Salad with Shaved Carrots, Asian Pear, Shaved Fennel, and Crushed Hazelnuts with Citrus Vinaigrette
  • Roasted Chicken on a Stand With Apricot Marmalade
  • Tricolor Roasted Honeyed Carrots With Quinoa, Fresh Herbs & Champagne Vinaigrette
  • Brutti Ma Bouni – Chocolate Nut Meringues

Chef, Instructor, and Tour Guide

Renée Cohen began her career in her youth, baking desserts with her mother in their home kitchen to sell to neighborhood restaurants. 

When the demand for their baked goods grew, they moved to a Manhattan bakery and opened My Most Favorite Food, the renowned restaurant and bakery. At My Most Favorite Food, Renée managed, baked, and created menus for over a decade. She worked as the pastry chef and manager of the Rose Café in Venice Beach, California, for several years.

Renée interned at Blue Hill at Stone Barns and over the years, fine-tuned her culinary skills, earning a master culinary degree at the French Culinary Institute (FCI), and completing...
