UJA Westchester and Young Israel of Scarsdale invite you to join us to hear from released hostage Mia Schem and her mother, Keren Scharf Schem. Mia was kidnapped at the Nova music festival and became a face of the hostages after Hamas released a video of her.
Through her harrowing story, Mia will highlight her resilience and unwavering faith, while Keren will share her journey across the globe to rally support from world leaders and advocate for Mia's release. Together, they embody the miracles and unbreakable spirit that guided them along the way.
You'll also learn about UJA’s work supporting families of hostages, Nova survivors, and other October 7 victims.
